Return Policy: I do not accept returns unless the package has been severely damaged upon delivery that caused damage to the product or if by rare chance the wrong item was received. Please email me if you have a return request/concern.

Tips for maintaining/cleaning your jewelry:

- Avoid storing your jewelry in a humid environment such as a bathroom

- Avoid swimming or bathing with polymer clay/metal jewelry (prolonged water exposure can tarnish brass metals faster)

- Gold Plated Charms are tarnish & water resistant

Cleaning your jewelry:

- Simply use a mild dish soap & water

- Avoid using rubbing alcohol on resin finish as it will damage the resin

- Most materials used are Gold or Silver Plated and are tarnish resistant although some pieces may contain brass charms that can naturally tarnish over time

- Most recommended: Use a brass/metal polishing cloth & gently polish metal pieces to remove tarnish

- Clean tarnish from brass using a natural product of lemon juice & a cotton swab

- Using gloves & a cotton swab, apply a small amount of polishing paste such as ‘Brasso’ (Heads up - it has a strong smell!) directly to brass pieces. Make sure to thoroughly rinse off the paste after polishing. Be sure to follow all care instructions when using a chemical cleaner

- Dry jewelry completely after cleaning
